Programs and initiatives

Supporting Women’s Career Progression

Femmes Forward offers a comprehensive career development experience for rising women leaders. The program provides a mix of leadership insights, skills workshops, inspiration from speakers and community-building – all culminating in a personalized advancement plan. Other versions of Femmes Forward include Femmes Forward FRIDA (for women creative directors) and Femmes Forward Academy (for junior-level women).

Prioritizing Mental Health and Wellbeing with Havas Minds

Havas Minds includes a custom-designed mental health awareness series where employees are provided fundamental awareness on the spectrum of mental health, navigating conversations at work and wellness action planning. A network of Mental Wellbeing Champions is also engaged in this focus, driving impact and awareness through initiatives in our offices around the world.

Havas NextGen: Developing Future-Focused Leaders

Havas NextGen is a comprehensive leadership development program designed to prepare our high-potential executive talent to lead the future of Havas. Through 3 intensive, experiential learning sessions with project work and individual work along the way, NextGen is focused on building a global community of leaders through collaborative, team-based experience.
